Robert Meade kept this photograph of the staff of the Centro de Salud (health center) in del Parana, Paraguay. There were two physicians, one full-time nurse, a dentist who doubled as a driver, several nurse's aides and student nurses, a secretary and other staff members, plus the Public Health inspector, who was Meade's counterpart.
